and the tennis ball floated away, he had to swim for it.  We didn't laugh, honestly ;/

Now that was funny

He was waiting for the tennis ball

and it was behind him

...he knew we laughed about it too!

...for that final throw of the tennis ball, before it's time to leave the beach.

Oh the worried expression

We really shouldn't tease him

and say we forgot the tennis ball

With a sly backward glance

He thought it so funny to run off with the tennis ball.
Think he was getting his own back on us for having teased him yesterday.

Try telling him

Out guessing us

.....somehow Every time William seems to know the direction we will throw the tennis ball....
 even if we pretend one way, he's still ready the other way!

His first role as lifeguard and he saves his tennis ball...

...he makes an excellent Lifeguard!

....When a friends dogs have a ball and William chews it up!

We felt bad about it, so gave them one of William's to make up for it.

So much easier....

He looked at us as if to say....."see, the tennis ball is much easier to hold than that big blue ball you made me play with the other day"!

Obviously, we have to put up with a lot from this lad.....

Not often we can surprise William, but when the tennis ball suddenly appeared, the look on his face was priceless!

"I found treasure on an island"

"No, not that sort of treasure....This treasure was a

tennis ball.......

.....that sadly drowned itself......typical you can 

never rely on tennis balls these days"
