Believe it or not, I still get nervous when our dogs meet new dogs--Not for what they will do, but the other dog...So far, knock on wood, we've never, ever had a problem, so why do I worry?? Glad William and his new friend had a good time!!
Touch wood they are always okay. There is one large labrador here and he really doesn't like it - why we have no idea - on the lead he will really bark at it, but when they have met off the lead he just stands next to it and does nothing at all! Go figure :)
Nice Meet N Greet William. Have a fabulous Friday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Thankfully it was Molly, lol :)
DeleteSizing each other up here. Cute. I am always nervous at meeting a new dog along the walks. I suppose they are too. lol
ReplyDeleteHe was a big dog, but at least friendly. It's the ones I refer to as 'Thug dogs' that worry me :)
DeleteI love those fleeting relationships dogs have.
ReplyDeleteIt's all part of socialising isn't it :)

ReplyDeleteThanks Mary, he was quite worried for a few seconds! All was well though :)
DeleteAlways nice to make new friends!
ReplyDeleteHe loves having a run around with them, once he knows them that is! lol
DeleteIt's always fun to make a new friend! :D
ReplyDelete...and it makes for a great day out too :)

ReplyDeleteYour sketch definitely depicts that first look!
Thanks Eileen, we really had to leave them to sort themselves out, friend or foe! lol.
