Sketching William sketches of a scruffy hound - and sometimes I add a little orange terror called Hamish

The sketches....... often a quick pen outline ~ sometimes a photo and work from that.

I draw what he gets up to, no matter how the finished drawing looks. I hope you enjoy seeing them......ann

I'M NOW DOING 'LOOKING BACK' POSTS HERE, KEEPING WILLIAM'S MEMORY ALIVE ❤️

Meeting a new friend....

and not being quite sure...

it was okay, they had a run around on the beach together,
but never found out his name.  Perhaps they will meet
again soon.

    1. He was a big dog, but at least friendly. It's the ones I refer to as 'Thug dogs' that worry me :)

  4. Believe it or not, I still get nervous when our dogs meet new dogs--Not for what they will do, but the other dog...So far, knock on wood, we've never, ever had a problem, so why do I worry?? Glad William and his new friend had a good time!!

    1. Touch wood they are always okay. There is one large labrador here and he really doesn't like it - why we have no idea - on the lead he will really bark at it, but when they have met off the lead he just stands next to it and does nothing at all! Go figure :)

  8. They certainly check out each other front and rear before they commit to playing :-)
Your sketch definitely depicts that first look!
