Sketching William sketches of a scruffy hound - and sometimes I add a little orange terror called Hamish

The sketches....... often a quick pen outline ~ sometimes a photo and work from that.

I draw what he gets up to, no matter how the finished drawing looks. I hope you enjoy seeing them......ann

Bookmark fun

I'm toying with the idea of some William sketches on Bookmarks, to eventually giveaway....these are prototypes :)

~He rushes down to the sea~

~Umm, pesky birds!~

What do you think!?

[The only thing I'll have to work out is how to protect/cover them].

  2. Both lovely but would vote for the second one with William's head swiveled so he would be looking out of the book if you see what I mean!

  3. They are really lovely.
I'd be first in the queue if you did a blog giveaway :-)
Not that I know anything about them, but I thought a laminator to protect them.
You can buy inexpensive ones at Argos.
Hope you get some good suggestions!

  6. Oh yes.. do them. I love book marks like this. Someone I know makes these and uses a couple coats of a water based polycrylic protective finish over them. Minwax makes a good one I use with a brush... a spray would work too. I like how they look and feel. I use a satin finish.
