How does he know when dad is about to arrive home...

...he may have been out for over an hour, but William always seems to know when he's about to pull into the driveway.

Dad has been suffering from shoulder pain, so rested and it has got a little better.  But during the resting time, William stayed guard over him.  Who am I to argue.
