For some reason William's tail was crooked yesterday. He could wag it okay, but perhaps his back leg was hurting. It's light duties for a few days and keep an eye on things.
I work at an veterinarian clinic and the head vet is also an animal chiropractor. One of my dogs suddenly was hunched over and whimpering in pain and he got a few adjustments and is good as new! Another of my dog had a painful neck and a quick adjustment made every right again. I hope William is back to his regular self after a couple of days but if not, maybe there's a chiro in your area? It really works wonders for my gang. :) (Love your Art, Tammy sent me here.)
Thanks Cynthia, that's worth bearing in mind. Yesterday was worst when he got up from a snooze, although the rest of him looked okay, the tail was so crooked, it was weird. Today, it isn't as obvious, but we are keeping an eye on things.
Hope it is nothing to worry about. Have a serene and easy Sunday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
He still wags his tail Molly, so we are hoping it is nothing to worry about :-)
DeleteMaybe William isn't well, have you tried lifting his tail up for a look?
ReplyDeleteYes, we have taken a look over him generally. He doesn't yelp or flinch at all...he is one strange lad.

Deleteand once again... we wish they could just tell us.
ReplyDeletei hope he's okay. under your good watchful eyes he will be. xo
Not as obvious today as it was yesterday, so we are keeping a watchful eye on him and keeping him quiet.
DeleteLet us know! You've gotten some good thoughts above, so I'll just hope that he's doing better, take care!
ReplyDeleteThanks Kim. I've never seen this before with any of our dogs, but then William would be different wouldn't he, lol :-)
DeleteOh no! He needs a tail sling! Hope he's better soon.
ReplyDeleteHe is better thanks Robin. Took a day to recover really and we still don't know what was wrong with him. At least that's behind him now! lol :-)
