Sketching William sketches of a scruffy hound - and sometimes I add a little orange terror called Hamish

The sketches....... often a quick pen outline ~ sometimes a photo and work from that.

I draw what he gets up to, no matter how the finished drawing looks. I hope you enjoy seeing them......ann

I'M NOW DOING 'LOOKING BACK' POSTS HERE, KEEPING WILLIAM'S MEMORY ALIVE ❤️

A quiet day yesterday

.....just resting on the sofa with one ear propped up...just in case he was needed for something  - like a prezzie or two!

.....he was a little more like himself, more than he
had been the day before

  1. So glad you are better William. Tell mum you need some treats now to make you feel even better. Have a super Saturday.
    Best wishes Molly

    1. Treats!! oh yes, he gets those Molly - every time he has to have the eye drops, as a reward for being good he gets a prezzie :)

  2. Hello Friends! I've missed you all (again!) this week, and am sorry to read about William's eye. We've had dogs with eye problems too, and I hope that today he continues to feel like himself!

    1. Hi Kim, I somehow thought you may know about eye problems with your crew, bound to happen I guess at some time. William is improving slowly :)

  3. Glad William is feeling better.
I read that you thought his eye infection was caused by marram grass.
Daughter's dog Tinker has only got one eye. Her previous owner let a grass seed in her eye go untreated (grrrr) then when she lost the eye they didn't want her and she ended up in rescue.
She's a lovely dog and is spoiled rotten now.
Of course I know you acted swiftly, just wanted to let you know what can happen!
William needs lots of treats now, he is such a brave boy!

    1. Aww, so sorry your daughter's dog had suffered like that. This came up overnight..the night before he had gone for his walkies perfectly okay, he lets us know if something is wrong. Thankfully we got him straight to the vets and on treatment. phew!
