Sketching William sketches of a scruffy hound - and sometimes I add a little orange terror called Hamish

The sketches....... often a quick pen outline ~ sometimes a photo and work from that.

I draw what he gets up to, no matter how the finished drawing looks. I hope you enjoy seeing them......ann

I'M NOW DOING 'LOOKING BACK' POSTS HERE, KEEPING WILLIAM'S MEMORY ALIVE ❤️

Sit down strike....

...can you believe that if a walker (or better still a walker with a dog) is way off in the distance behind us...William will Refuse To Move until they catch up with us!!!!

  so frustrating sometimes

  2. That's very odd...but Annie hates anyone behind her and she doesn't like dogs approaching her or passing past her. She stands still and has a bark at them! We always thought it must be to do with her unknown past.
Must be a lurcher thing then :-)
I've never known what goes on in a dogs head :-)

    1. I guess Annie thinks..'I was here first!' They are funny. William will be quite happy with some dogs, and others he will really have a go at! There just seems no rhyme or reason to it.

  3. hehe! Stevie will keep turning around and looking at them, sometimes gives them a good bark! I think she finds it disconcerting having them where she cant see them! beautiful sketch xxx

  4. To funny.. Never heard that before. Annie is lead dog .. she pulls to be out front. Doesn't do my back any good. Never could break her of that either.. she minds very well for most everything else but walks are on her terms. lol wonderful sketch.
