Yes, and thanks alarmcat, he is more himself now. He is 5 yrs old, so still a youngster really. You having a cat who is 18 yrs old is a marvelous age. I guess at that age she is allowed good days and bad days :)
I'm so sorry that your boy isn't feeling well--But I see in the above comment that he's improved this afternoon, I hope that continues!! Good thoughts coming for him from our corner of the US!
Thanks Kim, yes he does seem better. Pretty much back to normal in fact. We have no idea what was wrong. It was just that yesterday he seemed 'not so keen' to go for a walk (he loves his walkies)...I think all owners know their pets and see 'signs' that something isn't right. But, thankfully he wanted his walk this afternoon. Also, he hadn't really eaten yesterday...that's strange for a start! but today his appetite is back. Phew!
What was in those bushes he had his nose in hmmm??? Glad to hear he is getting back to his ole self. Yes Annie still watches over the Chicks. She likes to smell them but she is a bit rough and they are much more fragile then a puppy, so supervising is required till they are bigger.
I know Cris, exactly what I had thought, but he didn't come out of the shrubbery eating anything, so we really are at a loss to know. He didn't bring anything up either...just purely wasn't interested in walkies. Perhaps he really was just tired with lack of appetite too....strange! Still, he is happy to go for his walks today, and play ball on the beach. Back to normal really with an appetite too. Sometimes there is no answer to these things :)
...That's true Robin, I would like to have known what was wrong, but it is just one of those things that keeps us guessing. As little Hamish is staying with us at the moment, I was quite worried they would both be poorly, but thankfully whatever it was has gone away..double phew!
Hope you feel better soon William. (((hugs)))
ReplyDeleteI think little Hamish has worn him out!
DeleteWe hope you are better today William. You got the doggy blues? Sending healing paw. Have a super Saturday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Your healing paw must be working Molly. William is getting back to his old self this afternoon...thanks so much :)
