The sketches....... often a quick pen outline ~ sometimes a photo and work from that.

I draw what he gets up to, no matter how the finished drawing looks. I hope you enjoy seeing them......ann

    Love this!! I saved off a few photos of ..."random" dogs that look like William - not exactly but close - ...I want to try and sketch some. Just had an idea - I have maybe about 40 photos through the months of a dog name Cody (artic wolf dog) who walks around the lake with his owner and he is such a doll - he's older and will go just sit in the water up to his head ..I always take his photo - think I'll draw him soon.

      That sounds a good idea Sandy, best to start drawing something you know. With Cody, you obviously see him regularly and that will help. My drawings of William have changed over the years, partly through habit of drawing him and also the pens I use have dictated what they turn out like.
