Sketching William sketches of a scruffy hound

The sketches.......I have various techniques for sketching William. A quick pen outline ~ sometimes I will take a photo and work from that ~ or, when he stands still long enough, I'll do a completed drawing.

I draw what he gets up to, no matter what the finished drawing looks like. I hope you enjoy seeing them......ann

His reaction when the word 'bath' is mentioned...

....is to look away from me

"Don't worry William, you have escaped this trauma for today."

  1. Snippet has only ever had two in four and a half years. It's more traumatic for us I think!

  5. Teddy is exactly the same. Then stands stock still and looks utterly miserable while actually in the bath!!

  6. It's funny but my dogs never seemed to mind a bath. Over the years I've had a couple of Shelties, a couple of Samoyeds, a Pomeranian, and the last golden retriever even would get in the tub voluntarily.
